Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to HyperCodeStore ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Ronald Zoltán Farkas, located at Szily János st. 38, Szombathely, Vas, 9700, Hungary.

By accessing or using HyperCodeStore, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Asset" or "Product": Unity engine source code or game files designed for mobile platforms uploaded by Vendors for sale
• "Vendor" or "Seller": A registered user who uploads and sells Assets on the Platform
• "Customer" or "Buyer": A registered user who purchases Assets from the Platform
• "Single License": A license permitting one reskin or one published application
• "Multiple License": A license permitting unlimited reskins and published applications
• "Commission": The 25% fee retained by HyperCodeStore from each Asset sale

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Types

Users may register as Customers (to purchase Assets) or Vendors (to sell Assets). One account can function as both.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting ragendom@gmail.com.

4. Vendor Terms

4.1 Asset Upload Requirements

All uploaded Assets must:

• Be created using Unity Engine for mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
• Be in .zip or .unitypackage format
• Include banner image (200x140px) and key image (650x290px)
• Include detailed description with implementation instructions
• Be functional, tested, and free of malware
• Not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

4.2 Content Review

All Assets are subject to manual review before listing. We reserve the right to reject or remove any Asset at any time.

4.3 Intellectual Property

Vendors retain full ownership of their uploaded Assets. By uploading, you grant HyperCodeStore a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the Asset on the Platform.

5. Customer Terms

5.1 License Grant

Single License: Create ONE reskin/variation and publish ONE application. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the source code.

Multiple License: Create UNLIMITED reskins and publish UNLIMITED applications. You may NOT resell or redistribute the source code as-is.

Both licenses include: right to modify code, use in commercial projects, lifetime access, and indefinite download rights.

5.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT: resell source code on any marketplace, share or distribute Asset files, claim ownership of the original Asset, or remove copyright notices.

6. Payments and Payouts

6.1 Commission Structure

HyperCodeStore retains a 25% commission on all Asset sales. Vendors receive 75% of the sale price.

6.2 Payout Schedule

• Payouts processed monthly on the 1st
• Minimum payout threshold: $50.00 USD
• Payment methods: PayPal (preferred), bank transfer

7. Refunds and Disputes

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Refunds may be denied if the request is made after 14 days, the customer has extensively used the Asset, or the request appears fraudulent.

Disputes are governed by Hungarian law and will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Hungary.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (excluding user-uploaded Assets) including logo, branding, design, and documentation is owned by HyperCodeStore and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Manipulate reviews or ratings
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack the Platform
• Use automated systems without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL ASSETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERCODESTORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
